Kairoscend Connect introduces companies that are hiring to recruiters who specialize in the role. We are the people responsible for the contact details described below. You can reach us at info@kairoscend.com.
We hold business contact details, not personal ones. In practice that means:
This site has no contact form, no account system and no payment system. We do not ask for or hold personal financial information, government identifiers, or any of the special categories of data such as health, religion or ethnicity. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18.
Business contact details reach us in three ways: you send them to us directly; they are published by you or your employer, for example on a company website, a job posting or a professional profile; or they come from business information providers who supply workplace contact details for business-to-business use.
We use these details to work out whether a company has a genuine hiring need, to contact the person who would own that hire, and to make an introduction to a recruiter where there is a clear fit.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: contacting businesses about a service relevant to a role they are openly hiring for. We balance that against your interest in not being contacted, which is why we stop as soon as you ask us to and why we do not contact private individuals about personal matters. Where consent is the right basis instead, we ask for it.
The only party we ever pass your details to is the recruiter you have agreed to be introduced to, and only after you have agreed. Before that point the recruiter does not know who you are, and you are not told which firm they are from.
We also rely on ordinary service providers to run the business, such as our email provider and the tools we use to keep records. They process information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We do not sell contact details, rent them, or share them for anyone else's marketing.
If you work with us as a recruiting partner, we hold your contact details, the fields and regions you cover, and the records of the introductions we have made to you. We keep your firm's name confidential until a company has agreed to an introduction.
We keep business contact details for as long as there is a realistic prospect of a relevant hiring need, and we review them periodically. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep the minimum needed to honor that request, which is usually your email address on a suppression list. Records of introductions we have actually made are kept for seven years for ordinary business and tax reasons.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not track visitors. We cannot tell who has visited it.
Two files are loaded from other companies so the site displays correctly: the typefaces come from Google Fonts, and the styling framework comes from a public content delivery network. Loading them means your browser contacts those services and they will see your IP address, in the same way they would on any site that uses them. Neither is used by us to identify you.
When you write to info@kairoscend.com we receive your message and your email address, and we keep the correspondence so we can answer you and pick up the thread later. Email is not a secure medium, so please do not send anything confidential or sensitive to us that way.
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, send you a copy, or stop contacting you altogether. You can also object to our use of legitimate interests as a basis.
Write to info@kairoscend.com and we will deal with it within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason for asking us to stop. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. If a change materially affects people we already hold details for, we will say so here rather than quietly update the page.
