You know your market better than we will. What takes the time is working out which companies are hiring this quarter and reaching the person who owns the decision. That is the part we handle.

We do the identifying and the qualifying. You do the search.
We look for evidence that a company is about to hire in your niche, then confirm the role exists before anyone's time goes into it.
Every call is with someone who can decide to bring you in. If they would have to seek approval first, it is not a call we book.
We handle the scheduling. You receive the company, the role and what they said, before the call.
Your firm is not named until the company has agreed to talk. No one learns who you are from us before you intend it.
No retainer, nothing upfront, no monthly minimum. You are billed for qualified introduction calls that take place, at a single rate agreed before we begin.
A no-show is not billed. A call that does not meet the agreed criteria is replaced rather than disputed. If the calls are not worth taking, the arrangement is not worth continuing, and we would rather establish that early.
Agreed in writing before the first introduction, so there is never a dispute about whether a call counted.
Open now, or confirmed for the months ahead, and paying at market rate for the work.
Someone who can decide to bring in an outside recruiter, not someone who must seek approval.
They have told us they are open to working with an outside recruiter. We ask directly rather than assume.
Not an existing client, not on your exclusion list, and not already in conversation with you. If they do not attend, you are not billed.
If we are identifying companies hiring in your field, we are not passing the same ones to a firm you compete with.
One recruiter per specialty and region. It is the only arrangement that holds value for either side.
Existing clients, live conversations and anyone you would rather we left alone are excluded before we begin.
Before every call you receive the company, the role, who you are meeting and what they said.
Tell us what you are hiring for, or what you place. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
